Where business travel goes wrong in the UAE
The flight is usually the easy part. A regional director lands at DXB Terminal 3 just before midnight, the hotel car is waiting at the wrong terminal, and the 8:30 meeting in DIFC starts with an apology. Or a roadshow packs six meetings into two cities, and the taxi queue at Dubai World Trade Centre on a show day eats the slack between them.
Either failure costs more than the car would have. With a corporate chauffeur the driver already has the schedule, and finance can approve the fixed fare before anyone flies. It sits alongside our other transfer and chauffeur services, and a corporate day often mixes several.
How a corporate chauffeur booking works
A corporate chauffeur booking in Dubai starts from the whole schedule. You send the movements and we return fixed fares by car. Changes on the day go through one WhatsApp thread that your assistant and our dispatch both see.
- Send the schedule on WhatsApp. One line per movement works, or attach the itinerary. Include passenger names, flight numbers, hotels and meeting addresses.
- We reply with a fixed fare for each movement or each hourly block, for the car you choose.
- For arrivals, we track the flight and the driver waits in the arrivals hall with a name board. Airport pickups include 60 minutes of free waiting, other pickups 15 minutes.
- On the day, changes come through the same chat. If a meeting overruns, tell us and the car stays.
- After the trip, ask for receipts or invoices in the format your finance team needs.
For Dubai arrivals, our DXB airport transfer page explains which terminal each airline uses and where the driver meets your guest.
Roadshow transport across the emirates
A typical investor roadshow runs mornings in DIFC or Business Bay and afternoons at ADGM on Al Maryah Island in Abu Dhabi. The drive between the two cities takes well over an hour, and it’s the part that breaks schedules. Leave at least 30 minutes of slack on top of the drive, and don’t put a meeting in Abu Dhabi straight after a lunch in Dubai.
For days like this we usually suggest an hourly block over separate transfers. The car waits outside each meeting with the presentation kit in the boot, so nobody stands on a kerb ordering the next ride. Our hourly chauffeur page explains how blocks and overtime work. For the capital itself, see our Abu Dhabi chauffeur page. Abu Dhabi’s Darb toll gates charge at set times, which adds up on days with several crossings.
Event transport at DWTC, Expo City and ADNEC
Dubai World Trade Centre
DWTC sits on Sheikh Zayed Road beside the World Trade Centre Metro station, with several hall groups including the Sheikh Saeed Halls and Za’abeel Halls. On big show days the taxi ranks outside back up fast. Agree a pickup point by hall name before the day, and message the driver when you leave the stand. They wait in parking and come to the door, so you don’t stand in the queue.
Expo City Dubai
Expo City Dubai, home of the Dubai Exhibition Centre, is in Dubai South near Al Maktoum International Airport (DWC). GITEX Global 2026 runs at Expo City Dubai from 8 to 11 December 2026, with the GITEX Summit on 7 December. GITEX ran at Dubai World Trade Centre for years, so check the venue before you book a hotel. From Downtown or DIFC hotels, allow more time than you would for a DWTC show.
ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi
ADNEC says its venue is about 15 minutes from Zayed International Airport (AUH). ADIPEC 2026 runs at ADNEC from 2 to 5 November 2026. Teams staying in Dubai make the intercity drive twice a day. Our Dubai airport to Abu Dhabi route page shows what it involves.
Executive chauffeur cars for leaders and teams
| Car | Comfortable seats | Large cases | Corporate use |
|---|---|---|---|
| Lexus ES | 3 | 2 | Staff airport runs, everyday meetings |
| Mercedes E-Class | 3 | 2 | Senior managers, client lunches |
| Mercedes S-Class or BMW 7 Series | 3 | 2 | Chief executives, board members, VIP guests |
| Mercedes V-Class | 6 | 5 | A team of four to six moving together |
| Mercedes Sprinter | 12-16 | 9 | Delegations, hotel-to-venue shuttles |
Our position: put the most senior guest in an S-Class and the rest of the team in a V-Class behind it. One van instead of three sedans means one car to track and one driver to brief. Above 16 people, our group transportation service covers minibuses and coaches.
Invoicing, receipts and account bookings
Tell us at the start how your finance team wants to pay: per trip, per event, or grouped over a period. We confirm in writing what we can set up before the first job, so nobody chases paperwork after the event.
All our cars are RTA-licensed for chauffeur hire, and in Dubai RTA rules require the chauffeur to give a trip receipt when asked. If your company needs tax invoices from any supplier, you can check the supplier’s tax registration number with the Federal Tax Authority.
Discretion in the back seat
Executives talk business in the car, and our drivers don’t repeat it. If your legal team wants a confidentiality agreement in place before a sensitive visit, send it with the booking.
You also control what the name board says. A company name, initials or a booking reference works better than a well-known name held up in a public arrivals hall. Our guide to chauffeur etiquette in the UAE covers what visiting guests can expect from the driver.
What affects the price of a corporate chauffeur
The car class, the number of hours or movements, and the number of cars set most of the fare. Show weeks raise demand for every car in the city, so early bookings get more choice. Crossing between emirates adds distance and tolls. Waiting beyond the free time, and late changes that move a car across town, can add cost. The fare is fixed before the first ride, and only changes to the plan, such as overtime or an added stop, move it.
Send your schedule to +971 58 181 0789 on WhatsApp. We answer 24 hours a day and reply with fixed fares for each car.
