Who books a Rolls-Royce Ghost with driver
People marking a day. A couple on their wedding morning, a husband planning an anniversary dinner, a family collecting grandparents from DXB, a brand booking a car for a campaign shoot. The Ghost sits in our ultra-luxury class with the Phantom, Cullinan and Bentley Flying Spur. It is the Rolls-Royce to start with: the Phantom is bigger and more formal, and the Cullinan carries more luggage.
The rear seat and the doors
The rear doors open from the front edge. You step in facing forward and sit down, rather than ducking in sideways, and a long dress goes in with you instead of catching on the sill. On a wedding day that matters more than any spec sheet.
Inside, Rolls-Royce’s current Ghost (Series II, shown in October 2024) lets rear passengers connect up to two phones or tablets to the rear screens, each streaming on its own, and pair any Bluetooth headphones. The rear interface runs seat massage, heating and cooling, and there’s a Wi-Fi hotspot with USB-C charging in the centre console. Rolls-Royce also builds a Ghost Extended with 170 mm more space in the rear. If legroom matters, ask what is available on your date.
Rolls-Royce Ghost chauffeur for weddings and shoots
A wedding car runs to the minute, so give us more than an address. What helps the chauffeur most:
- The venue and the exact entrance. Large hotels often have a main lobby, a ballroom entrance and a beach-side drop-off.
- The time the couple must arrive, and how long the photographer wants at each stop.
- Whether the chauffeur should open the door in the shots or stay out of frame.
- Every address between home, venue and photo locations, so we book enough hours.
- Any decoration you have in mind. Items attached to a licensed chauffeur car fall under RTA rules, so we confirm what’s allowed before we promise it.
For shoots on private property, such as a villa or a hotel forecourt, get the owner’s permission for the car before the day. Sunset shoots land in the evening rush, so build in a buffer.

Airport pickups in the Ghost
For an arrival at Dubai International, the chauffeur tracks your flight and waits in the arrivals hall with a name board, and the first 60 minutes after landing are free. From Terminal 3 to Atlantis The Palm is about 37 km, usually around 36 minutes without heavy traffic. Two large suitcases and two cabin bags is the limit. The Rolls-Royce Phantom is the car for state-level formality. With a third large suitcase, the Rolls-Royce Cullinan is the better booking. For most weddings and celebrations the Ghost is the right size, and being shorter than the Phantom helps in tight hotel forecourts.
Booking the Ghost
Send the date, the timings, each address and any flight number on WhatsApp. We reply with a fixed fare for the Ghost. On a wedding day, add an hour of slack to whatever the planner says.
