Which chauffeur or transfer service fits your trip
Start from the trip, not the service name. This table matches common UAE trips to the booking that suits them.
| Your plan | Book this | Usual car |
|---|---|---|
| Landing at DXB, DWC, AUH, SHJ, RKT or FJR | Airport transfer | Sedan, SUV or van by group size |
| A guest you want met personally on arrival | Meet and greet | Business or luxury sedan |
| Several stops in one city, car waiting outside | Hourly chauffeur | Business sedan |
| Client meetings, roadshows, visiting executives | Corporate chauffeur | S-Class or BMW 7 Series |
| A special arrival or an evening out | Limousine service | Luxury sedan or Rolls-Royce |
| The wedding day | Wedding car | Rolls-Royce or Bentley |
| One emirate to another, door to door | Intercity transfer | Sedan or SUV |
| Seven or more people, or a team with kit | Group transportation | HiAce, Sprinter or Coaster |
| Sightseeing with your own driver | Private city tour | Sedan, SUV or van |
| Joining or leaving a cruise ship | Cruise terminal transfer | SUV or van for the luggage |
The “usual car” column is where we’d start, not a rule. A couple on a city tour is fine in a Lexus. A wedding party of twelve needs a Sprinter behind the Rolls-Royce.
Transfers vs chauffeur services: the difference
A transfer is A to B for one fixed fare. A chauffeur booking buys the driver’s time, by the hour or the day, with the car waiting between stops. Most trips are obviously one or the other.
The grey area is a day with two or three stops. If the gaps between them are long, separate transfers usually make more sense than paying a car to wait. If they’re short, or you don’t know when the meeting ends, book hourly. Our page on chauffeur service across the UAE explains the hourly and full-day options in more detail.
What every chauffeur and transfer service includes
The basics don’t change between services. Every car is RTA-licensed for chauffeur hire and every fare is fixed before the trip. Child seats come on request, and we answer bookings 24 hours a day. Airport pickups add flight tracking and a driver in arrivals with your name board. Free waiting is 60 minutes at airports and 15 minutes at hotels, homes and offices.
Two things move a fare more than people expect: crossing into another emirate, and extra stops. Give us every stop up front and the fixed fare covers them. On routes through Dubai and Abu Dhabi you pass Salik and Darb toll gates, and our guide to UAE tolls explains how both systems work.
Where the services run
We’re based in Dubai and drive across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah, with trips to Ajman and Al Ain. The route pages give distances and roads for the most common airport runs, such as Dubai airport to Abu Dhabi or Sharjah airport to Ras Al Khaimah.
Cruise passengers need one extra detail. Dubai has two cruise terminals in use, Mina Rashid and Dubai Harbour, and Abu Dhabi’s is at Zayed Port. The terminal can change with the cruise line and the season, so copy the terminal name from your cruise booking into your message.
Booking more than one service
Plenty of trips mix services. A family holiday might be a DXB pickup on day one, a private day tour to Abu Dhabi midweek and a drop at Dubai Harbour for the ship. Send the whole plan in one WhatsApp message to +971 58 181 0789, and we quote each leg at a fixed fare so you can see the full cost before you confirm anything.
