Who we are
Airport Transfer UAE is a Dubai-based company with two jobs. We get people from UAE airports to wherever they’re going, and we drive them around once they’re here. The name is the job description.
We run private, pre-booked cars with drivers, from a business sedan for one traveller to a minibus for a wedding party. Every car is RTA-licensed for chauffeur hire. We aren’t a taxi firm and we aren’t an app. You can’t flag us down on Sheikh Zayed Road, and in Dubai a chauffeur car isn’t allowed to pick up anyone who hasn’t booked.
How we work
We take bookings on WhatsApp. It works from any country on hotel or airport Wi-Fi with nothing new to download, and the whole booking sits in one thread you can show the driver. A booking runs like this:
- You send the pickup, drop-off, date, time and flight number, or fill in the booking form, which opens WhatsApp for you.
- We reply with a fixed fare for the car you chose. A slow evening on the E11 doesn’t change it, and flight tracking means a late landing doesn’t either.
- For airport pickups, the driver works to your flight’s actual landing time, not the one printed on the ticket.
- The driver waits in arrivals with a name board. You get 60 minutes of free waiting at the airport and 15 minutes at hotels, homes and offices.
Child seats are fitted on request, and bookings are answered 24 hours a day, which matters when your flight lands at 3am.
Where we drive
We cover Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah, with trips to Ajman and Al Ain. That means six airports: Dubai International, Al Maktoum (DWC), Zayed International in Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. Once you’ve landed, our chauffeur service by emirate covers hourly and full-day bookings, and the route pages set out the long runs, such as Dubai airport to Al Ain or Sharjah airport to Ras Al Khaimah.
What we expect from our drivers
A good airport driver is mostly invisible. You walk out of customs, see your name, and the next thing you notice is your hotel. These are the standards we hold drivers to, and the ones passengers notice when they slip:
- In arrivals before you are, with the flight already checked.
- A name board you can read from across the hall.
- Help with every bag, without being asked.
- A car that’s clean and already cool when you get in, and never smoked in.
- Seat belts for everyone, and children aged 10 or under in the back, as UAE law requires.
- Phone in a hands-free cradle, never in the hand.
- Smooth driving, at the limit, not over it.
- Conversation if you want it, quiet if you don’t.
We’d rather have a driver who knows exactly which car park exit to use at DXB Terminal 1 than one with a polished script.
What you won’t find here
There are no star ratings, testimonials or “trusted by” logos on this site. We’d rather you judge us on one airport pickup than on claims you can’t check. If you have a question about a car, a route or a child seat before you book, ask it, and you’ll get a straight answer.
